Prata Sunset

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Ypioca Silver Prata Cachaca
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 25 ml passion fruit purée
• 20 ml organic agave nectar
• 15 ml Cointreau
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 egg white

Bereiding

1. Add the cachaca, lime juice, passion fruit purée, agave nectar, Cointreau, bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds to create foam (dry shake).
3. Add a generous handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
4. Shake for another 12-15 seconds until well-chilled.
5. Strain into the prepared glass using a fine mesh strainer.

Serve in a chilled coupe glass.
