Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Plymouth Gin
• 30 ml elderflower liqueur
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Plymouth Gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
5. Garnish with a lemon twist
