Kurayoshi Legacy

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Matsui Shuzo Kurayoshi 12 yrs
• 20 ml Dry Vermouth
• 10 ml Demerara Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 dash Chocolate Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
2. Add the Matsui Shuzo Kurayoshi 12 yrs, Dry Vermouth, Demerara Simple Syrup, Angostura Bitters, and Chocolate Bitters
3. Stir gently for 30 seconds until well-chilled
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Served in a chilled coupe glass, garnished with a single Luxardo maraschino cherry suspended on a cocktail pick and placed across the top of the glass
