Ingredienti
- 60 ml Matsui Shuzo Kurayoshi 12 yrs
- 20 ml Dry Vermouth
- 10 ml Demerara Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Chocolate Bitters
Preparazione
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Add the Matsui Shuzo Kurayoshi 12 yrs, Dry Vermouth, Demerara Simple Syrup, Angostura Bitters, and Chocolate Bitters
- Stir gently for 30 seconds until well-chilled
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
Served in a chilled coupe glass, garnished with a single Luxardo maraschino cherry suspended on a cocktail pick and placed across the top of the glass
