Ingredients

60 ml Matsui Shuzo Kurayoshi 12 yrs
20 ml Dry Vermouth
10 ml Demerara Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 dash Chocolate Bitters

Method

Fill a mixing glass with ice
Add the Matsui Shuzo Kurayoshi 12 yrs, Dry Vermouth, Demerara Simple Syrup, Angostura Bitters, and Chocolate Bitters
Stir gently for 30 seconds until well-chilled
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Served in a chilled coupe glass, garnished with a single Luxardo maraschino cherry suspended on a cocktail pick and placed across the top of the glass
