Guerrero Sunset

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 20 ml agave syrup
• 15 ml Aperol
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, Aperol, and orange bitters.
3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
