Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Bacardi Carta Oro
• 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
• 15 ml lime juice
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Bacardi Carta Oro, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice
5. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a lime wheel
