Mccoy's Legacy

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml The Real McCoy Single Blended Rum 12 yrs
• 30 ml Demerara syrup (1:1 ratio of demerara sugar to water)
• 15 ml Fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Peychaud's bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the rum, demerara syrup, lime juice, and both bitters
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Served in a coupe glass with a lime wheel placed on the rim
