Ingrédients
- 60 ml Bacardi Carta Oro
- 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Préparation
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Bacardi Carta Oro, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a lime wheel
