Royal Raspberry Delight

Ingrédients

• 50 ml Chambord
• 30 ml gin
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• 60 ml soda water

Préparation

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Chambord, gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
5. Top with soda water and gently stir.
6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon twist.

Serve in a tall Collins glass, topped with a fizzy layer of soda. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a curled lemon twist.
