Roger Groult - 8 yrs

Zutaten

• 60 ml Roger Groult 8 Years Calvados
• 20 ml dry vermouth
• 15 ml Crème de Cassis
• 10 ml fresh lemon juice
• 5 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Ice for stirring

Zubereitung

1. Add the Calvados, dry vermouth, Crème de Cassis, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir continuously for 12-15 seconds until the mixture is properly chilled and diluted.
3. Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe glass.
