The 2022 The FMC, crafted entirely from Chenin Blanc, showcases a bouquet of mineral lemon notes and citrus blossoms, complemented by underripe peach, ripe yellow apples and a nutty undertone. Medium-bodied, the wine presents fresh, lush peach blossoms on the palate. Transitioning from medium to full-bodied, it offers greater textural freshness, ripeness and complexity before coming to a long, food-friendly finish. 26,000 bottles were produced.
