Diplomatico - Single Vintage 2002 - Rum

Zutaten

• 60 ml Diplomatico Single Vintage 2002 Rum
• 20 ml Cognac (VSOP)
• 15 ml Amontillado Sherry
• 10 ml Crème de Cacao (dark)
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 sugar cube

Zubereitung

1. Place the sugar cube in a mixing glass and muddle gently with both bitters until partially dissolved.
2. Add the Diplomatico rum, Cognac, Amontillado Sherry, and Crème de Cacao to the mixing glass.
3. Fill the mixing glass with large ice cubes and stir continuously for 45 seconds until properly chilled and diluted.
4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass over one large ice cube.
5. Express the oils from an orange peel over the surface and discard the peel.
