Pacheco Organic's Familia bottling comes from Jumilla, the high-altitude DO in Murcia where Monastrell ripens fully in the intense continental sun. The blend pairs Monastrell's structural backbone with Syrah's aromatic lift, and organic farming is the guiding principle throughout.
