About this calvados

Roger Groult is one of Normandie's most respected Calvados producers, renowned for crafting spirits of exceptional depth and complexity. Based in the heart of the region's premier cider-producing terroir, Groult maintains an unwavering commitment to traditional methods and quality fruit selection, earning the estate a distinguished reputation among spirit connoisseurs worldwide.

This 18-year-old Single Cask expression showcases the producer's mastery of oak aging and spirit development. Calvados from Normandie is traditionally produced from carefully selected apple varieties, fermented and then aged in oak to develop nuanced character and refinement. At 42.4% ABV, this bottling offers the balance and complexity that defines mature Calvados, ideal as a contemplative digestif or for those seeking a sophisticated alternative to cognac.

Perfect for fine dining service, private cellars, or luxury hospitality settings, Roger Groult Calvados pairs beautifully with artisanal cheeses, seafood, or can be enjoyed neat as an elegant after-dinner spirit.
