The 2018 Blanc de Blancs vintage has a light or clear colour, enhanced by a fine and abundant foam. The fresh and expressive nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, candied lemon zest and yuzu, enhanced by notes of bergamot. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with flavors of mirabelle plum and bergamot. The finish, long and persistent, reveals a beautiful minerality.
