This Muscat harvested earlier for its freshness, was bottled at the end of its fermentation, hence the natural "sparkling ». This is followed by a maturing period of nearly a year on lees to refine the bubble, then by a disgorging process that’s carried out in the autumn according to the traditional method, to remove the lees and find a clear wine decorated with a coloured wire cap that invites you to celebrate. Discreet and floral nose, the taste is frank, pleasant and invites you to any appetiser for an aperitif.

About this wine
Mas des Caprices crafts distinctive white wines from the sun-drenched Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, where Mediterranean influences and limestone-rich terroir produce aromatic, food-friendly expressions. The 'Mouss'cat' is a dry Muscat white wine that showcases the natural floral character and medium-bodied structure the variety is celebrated for, with 12.5% alcohol and refreshing acidity that make it remarkably versatile at table.
This Vin De France reflects a winemaking approach that honors Muscat's inherent aromatics while maintaining balance and elegance. The leesy character adds textural complexity without overwhelming the wine's bright, approachable nature. Whether served as an aperitif or paired with shellfish, tapas, citrus-based dishes, or fruit-forward desserts, this white wine delivers the sophistication demanded by fine dining and villa entertaining.
