This Muscat harvested earlier for its freshness, was bottled at the end of its fermentation, hence the natural "sparkling ». This is followed by a maturing period of nearly a year on lees to refine the bubble, then by a disgorging process that’s carried out in the autumn according to the traditional method, to remove the lees and find a clear wine decorated with a coloured wire cap that invites you to celebrate. Discreet and floral nose, the taste is frank, pleasant and invites you to any appetiser for an aperitif.
