This wine is very intense with electric acidity. Dried apples, lemons and minerals with a salty undertone. Full-bodied, with phenolic tension and an extremely long finish. Hints of oysters. It needs another two or three years to show its greatness, but it's already fantastic.

About this wine
Inama stands among Veneto's most respected winemakers, known for producing elegant, terroir-driven whites from the Soave DOC region. The Foscarino 30 Anni represents the producer's commitment to precision winemaking, showcasing the distinctive character of Garganega, the grape that defines Soave Classico. This dry white wine balances full body with vibrant acidity and a saline minerality that reflects the volcanic limestone soils of the appellation, finishing with notable persistence and complexity.
The Soave region's cool climate and unique terroir create ideal conditions for Garganega, producing wines with remarkable freshness and structure. Inama's philosophy emphasizes respect for the vineyard and minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the natural qualities of the grape and place to shine through. With 12.5% alcohol by volume, this is a wine of balance and elegance rather than power.
Perfect alongside seafood, fresh pasta, poultry, and light Mediterranean cuisine, this white pairs beautifully in fine dining settings or as an aperitif. Ideal for discerning collectors and those seeking authentic expressions of northern Italian winemaking.
