A Daïginjo sake that reveals floral and fruity notes, on apple, muscat grape, lychee. It retains a strong character and fermentation touches, developing subsequently on a beautiful acidity reminiscent of those of white wines. The palate evolves on notes of fruit juice, tangy berries.
