Awarded on numerous occasions, Glenmorangie Signet is a single malt from the Highlands in Scotland. It was made from a variety of barley called “chocolate malt” by in-house expert Bill Lumsden. This aromatic Scottish whiskey is made from a blend of oloroso sherry casks, bourbon casks and new casks. The nose presents floral notes and roasted coffee. Spicy on the palate (ginger), it is characterized by black fruits, mainly blackberry, with notes of honey and flowers. The finish is woody, floral marked by toffee and hazelnut.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Glenmorangie Signet
- 20 ml Demerara simple syrup
- 10 ml Amaro Montenegro
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Add Glenmorangie Signet, Demerara simple syrup, Amaro Montenegro, and Angostura bitters.
- Stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a single, wide orange twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
