Tasting notes

This Paternel Esprit de Famille cuvée comes from plots of the oldest vines of Clairette, Marsanne, Ugni Blanc and Sauvignon from Domaine du Paternel. The nose focuses on pear, apricot, white flowers with aniseed notes. In the mouth, we find more richness and depth. Freshness and fullness, tinged with mineral notes, citrus and white fruits, complemented by buttery flavors. Domaine du Paternel Esprit de Famille is a Cassis to keep to reach its fullness.
