Alemany i Corrió is a small, artisan producer working in the Penedès DO of Cataluña. Sot Lefriec is their flagship red, a wine that reflects the partnership's commitment to low-intervention viticulture and serious winemaking in a region better known for cava than still reds.

Penedès reds at this level tend toward structure and depth, with dark fruit, Mediterranean herb and a firm but polished tannic frame. On board, it suits confidently seasoned meat dishes, lamb, aged beef, game, and holds its own alongside robust Catalan-influenced cooking.
