Wray & Nephew Royal Sour

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum
• 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 20 ml Honey Syrup
• 15 ml Pineapple Juice
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and pineapple juice
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Garnish with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
