Volcan Fiesta

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Volcan de Mi Tierra Reposado
• 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 20 ml agave nectar
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Volcan de Mi Tierra Reposado, lime juice, and agave nectar
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the surface of the drink

Serve in a coupe glass, garnish with a lime wheel placed on the rim of the glass
