The Eight Fold Reserve

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml 818 Tequila Eight Reserve Añejo
• 22.5 ml Cognac XO
• 15 ml Amontillado Sherry
• 7.5 ml Agave Nectar
• 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• 1 Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
• Orange Peel

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with large ice cubes
2. Add the 818 Tequila Eight Reserve Añejo, Cognac XO, Amontillado Sherry, and agave nectar
3. Add Angostura Bitters and Orange Bitters
4. Stir continuously for 45 seconds until properly chilled and diluted
5. Strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass using a fine strainer
6. Express the oils from a fresh orange peel over the surface of the cocktail

Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a single Luxardo Maraschino cherry suspended on a cocktail pick, positioned horizontally across the rim. Express fresh orange peel oils over the drink's surface immediately before service. Present with the cocktail pick resting across the glass rim.
