Starry Anise Delight

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Sambuca Extra Molinari
• 30 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Sambuca Extra Molinari, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a star anise.

Serve in a coupe glass with a star anise floating on the surface and a small sprig of fresh mint beside it.
