Ingredienti
- 60 ml Sambuca Extra Molinari
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Preparazione
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Sambuca Extra Molinari, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a star anise.
Serve in a coupe glass with a star anise floating on the surface and a small sprig of fresh mint beside it.
