Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
• 30 ml pineapple juice
• 15 ml lime juice
• 10 ml simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint
