Pyrat Paradise

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Pyrat XO Reserve Rum
• 30 ml Passionfruit Purée
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Honey Syrup
• 2 Angostura Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Pyrat XO Reserve Rum, passionfruit purée, lime juice, and honey syrup
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the surface of the drink

Serve in a coupe glass, garnish with a passionfruit half and a lime wheel placed on the rim of the glass
