Ingrediënten

• 60 ml The Balvenie PortWood 21 yrs
• 15 ml ruby port
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add The Balvenie PortWood 21 yrs, ruby port, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
3. Stir gently for 20 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
5. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and use it as a garnish.

Serve in a classic old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube and garnish with an orange twist.
