Piedra Passion

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Gran Patron Piedra Extra Anejo
• 20 ml passion fruit puree
• 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 10 ml agave nectar
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Gran Patron Piedra Extra Anejo, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and agave nectar
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the cocktail

Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a dehydrated passion fruit slice placed on the rim
