Ingrediënten
- 60ml Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Whisky
- 30ml Rosemary-Infused Honey Syrup
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Bereiding
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add Monkey Shoulder, rosemary-infused honey syrup, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
Garnished with a sprig of fresh rosemary placed gently on the surface of the drink
