Gosling's Gold Serenade

Ingrediënten

• 50 ml Goslings Gold Rum
• 25 ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 20 ml Honey Syrup
• 10 ml Crème de Cassis
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add Goslings Gold Rum, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and Crème de Cassis
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the cocktail

Coupe glass, garnish with a lime wheel and edible gold flakes
