Ingrediënten
- 60 ml Arhumatic Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Rum
- 15 ml Raspberry syrup
- 10 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 90 ml Chilled sparkling wine
Bereiding
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
- Add the Arhumatic Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Rum, raspberry syrup, and lemon juice
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
- Top with the chilled sparkling wine
