Amoris Elixir

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Arhumatic Amoris Elixatura (Thyme, Lemon-Ginger)
• 30 ml Aged Rum from Guadeloupe
• 20 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey to water)
• 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Arhumatic Amoris Elixatura, aged rum, honey syrup, and lemon juice
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top

Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist and a sprig of fresh thyme
