The grapes were first destemmed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks with post-fermentation maceration. After this, the wine was matured for 16 months in French oak barrels, all of which were second and third use. The wine has a dark purple color and is very aromatic, with floral notes and a fresh aroma. On the palate, it is surprisingly rich and intense, with a combination of tomato leaf and lush black, brambly fruit. It is framed by an elegant, grainy texture and beautifully fresh acidity, finishing long and intense.

Mendoza is a wine region located in Argentina, known for producing some of the world's finest Malbec wines. The region has a long history of winemaking, dating back to the 16th century when Spanish colonizers first introduced grapevines to the area. Today, Mendoza is home to over 1,500 wineries, making it the largest wine-producing region in Argentina.

The style of production in Mendoza is heavily influenced by the region's unique climate and geography. The area is situated at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, which provide a natural barrier against the Pacific Ocean's cool winds. This results in a dry, sunny climate with large temperature fluctuations between day and night. These conditions are ideal for growing grapes with thick skins, which produce rich, full-bodied wines with intense fruit flavors.

The most popular grape variety grown in Mendoza is Malbec, which accounts for over 60% of the region's vineyards. Other red grape varieties grown in the region include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Mendoza also produces some excellent white wines, including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Torrontés.

Overall, Mendoza is a must-visit destination for wine lovers looking to explore the world of Argentine wine. The region's unique climate and geography, combined with its rich winemaking history, make it a fascinating and rewarding place to discover new and exciting wines.
