Palma Passion è un cocktail shakerato a base di Palma - Vodka, servito in una coppa coupé.

- Sottile rondella di lime sul bordo e polvere d'oro commestibile spolverata sulla schiuma
Ingredienti
- 50 ml Palma Vodka
- 25 ml Passion fruit puree
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Egg white
Preparazione
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake without ice for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
Serve in a chilled coupe glass, garnished with a thin lime wheel placed on the rim and a dusting of edible gold powder on top of the foam
