- 60 ml Pimm's No.1 Cup
- 30 ml champagne
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 strawberry
- 1 cucumber slice
- 1 sprig of mint

Instructions:
1. Muddle the strawberry and cucumber slice in a shaker.
2. Add Pimm's, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
4. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
5. Top with champagne.
6. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
