Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon includes some distracting pyrazines, giving the cassis fruit a bell-pepper edge. Once past that, it's a lovely, structured and streamlined Cab, medium to full-bodied, smooth and silky on the palate, with a long, only slightly herbal finish and hints of cedar and vanilla.
