- 45 ml Ketel One Lemon Vodka
- 25 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25 ml Simple syrup (or raw honey syrup)
- Garnish with a lemon twist

Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with good quality ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
