The Stolid Meridian

Ingrédients

• 60 ml Stolichnaya Gluten Free Vodka
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml elderflower liqueur
• 10 ml dry vermouth
• 5 ml agave nectar
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• fresh egg white

Préparation

1. Add the vodka, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, dry vermouth, agave nectar, and bitters to a cocktail shaker.
2. If using egg white, add it to the shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until well-chilled.
4. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass.
5. Allow the drink to settle for 10 seconds before serving.

Serve in a chilled coupe glass.
