Garniture: Zeste de citron pressé au-dessus de la surface et posé sur le bord, une légère fumée de brins de romarin brûlés passée au-dessus du cocktail

Ingrédients

45 ml Bowmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
20 ml Laphroaig Quarter Cask
15 ml honey liqueur
10 ml fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash sea salt

Préparation

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
Pour the Bowmore 12 Year Old and Laphroaig Quarter Cask into the mixing glass
Add the honey liqueur, fresh lemon juice, Angostura bitters, and sea salt
Stir vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled
Strain into a chilled coupe glass using a fine mesh strainer

Serve in a chilled coupe glass with a single large ice sphere, garnished with a twist of lemon peel expressed over the surface and placed on the rim, and a light smoke from burning rosemary sprigs passed over the drink before serving
