The Bowmore Mist

Ingrediënten

• 45 ml Bowmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
• 20 ml Laphroaig Quarter Cask
• 15 ml honey liqueur
• 10 ml fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash sea salt

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
2. Pour the Bowmore 12 Year Old and Laphroaig Quarter Cask into the mixing glass
3. Add the honey liqueur, fresh lemon juice, Angostura bitters, and sea salt
4. Stir vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled
5. Strain into a chilled coupe glass using a fine mesh strainer

Serve in a chilled coupe glass with a single large ice sphere, garnished with a twist of lemon peel expressed over the surface and placed on the rim, and a light smoke from burning rosemary sprigs passed over the drink before serving
