- 60 ml Mitchell & Son Yellow Spot 12 yrs
- 20 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml ginger liqueur
Préparation
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Mitchell & Son Yellow Spot 12 yrs, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and ginger liqueur
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
