Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Mitchell & Son Yellow Spot 12 yrs
• 20 ml honey syrup
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml ginger liqueur

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Mitchell & Son Yellow Spot 12 yrs, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and ginger liqueur
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
5. Garnish with a lemon twist
