Ingredients
- 60 mlBlanton's The Original Single Barrel
- 20 mlfresh lemon juice
- 15 mlhoney syrup (1:1 honey to water)
- 10 mlginger liqueur
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Blanton's The Original Single Barrel, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, ginger liqueur, and Angostura bitters
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
- Garnish with a lemon twist
