Domaine Jacques Prieur

Domaine Jacques Prieur is a Burgundy estate based in Gevrey-Chambertin, one of the region's most celebrated communes. The domaine produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines across multiple appellations, with holdings in some of Burgundy's finest vineyard sites including Gevrey-Chambertin and Puligny-Montrachet.

Gevrey-Chambertin is renowned for producing structured, age-worthy Pinot Noirs with notable complexity and depth. The commune's diverse terroirs—ranging from limestone-rich slopes to clay and marl soils—allow for considerable variation in wine character. Puligny-Montrachet, meanwhile, is considered one of the world's premier white wine terroirs, where Chardonnay achieves distinctive mineral character and finesse. Both appellations demand careful viticulture and precise winemaking to express their individual characteristics.

The current range includes a Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Pinot Noir and a Puligny-Montrachet Les Combettes 1er Cru Chardonnay, representing the domaine's work across both red and white Burgundy. Les Combettes is a recognized 1er Cru vineyard known for producing elegant, mineral-driven white wines.
