Tasting notes
The 2014 Echezeaux Grand Cru has a respectable clean and fresh bouquet with Morello cherry, raspberry coulis and touches of undergrowth. The palate is medium-bodied with finer tannin than either the Chambertin or Romanée Saint Vivant. There is a sense of energy here with just the right amount of spice towards the finish. One of the better offerings this vintage from Louis Latour, enjoy this over the next decade.

About this wine
Louis Latour - Echezeaux - Grand Cru
Louis Latour's Echezeaux Grand Cru is a wine that is sure to impress even the most discerning of wine connoisseurs. This wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes that are grown in the Echezeaux vineyard, which is located in the heart of the Cote de Nuits region of Burgundy, France.
The taste profile of this wine is complex and layered, with notes of black cherry, raspberry, and spice. The tannins are firm but well-integrated, giving the wine a smooth and velvety texture. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of minerality that adds to the wine's overall complexity.
