The Müller Thurgau vines are trained according to the traditional Pergola and Guyot system at an altitude varying between 500 and 800 metres. The soils, mixed between clay and porphyry, are exposed to the south and south-west. After a short maceration to favour the aromatic extraction, the crushed grapes are gently pressed. Subsequently the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks and then aged there for about five months and then for a short period in the bottle. Müller Thurgau has a lively straw yellow colour, with aromas reminiscent of notes of muscat, fresh fruit, peaches, and yellow primrose flowers; it closes with an elegant and savoury taste with a very pleasant finish. With convincing simplicity and fresh acidity, the wine seduces even in its youth.
